The Church Parking Lot Team ensures a welcoming, safe, and efficient experience for visitors by managing traffic flow, assisting with parking, and offering support to those in need. Team members greet arrivals with warmth, maintain safety, and provide guidance using clear communication. They work outdoors, prioritize hospitality, and create a positive first impression of the church's values.
